Abstract

This manuscript described the Practices of Teachers in Managing the Behavior of Early Childhood Learners in the Division of Antipolo. It opened the awareness of teachers in dealing with various disruptive behavior, misbehavior and recurring behavior and misbehavior of learners. This study utilized the Quantitative Research Design in gathering data from kindergarten teachers in the Division of Antipolo. This research came up with a proposed seminar and training to continuously enhance the teaching process of early childhood teachers especially in managing the behavior of their learners as it is the first and essential requisite in establishing a better teaching and learning process.
