Abstract

Scientific research and discussion is combined together efficiently by study-discuss teaching, and throughout the whole process of teaching. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation and function of study-discuss teaching, the necessity and significance of carrying out the study-discuss teaching of the course ‘microelectronics introduction’ is elaborated, the research and exploration of study-discuss teaching of “introduction microelectronics” which is the key construction course of China Jiliang University is discussed. Study-discuss teaching is benefit to cultivate the team cooperation ability, innovation consciousness and practical ability of students which is showed by the practice, a good foundation for students of their future research and employment is laid.
