Abstract

目的 探讨临床护理路径在正常产褥期妇女整体护理过程中的应用效果.方法 采用随机抽样将足月正常分娩的初产妇240例分成两组,每组120例.对照组采用常规整体护理模式进行护理,实验组采用产褥期临床护理路径进行护理,比较两组产妇的护理质量.结果 实验组产妇产后自我护理能力、护理新生儿能力、健康教育知晓程度、对医疗护理服务满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 临床护理路径的实施是提高护理质量的有效途径。
