Practice of Calibration Technology for the Special Test Equipment

  • With the development of many models in our country, all kinds of special test equipment for the model are designed to provide testing support[1,2].Test parameters involved in radio, electrical, microwave, optical, thermal, mechanical, length and other metrology specialties

  • If the calibration point is the output port of the cable,because of line drop,the measured parameters,in contrast,can not meet the technical requirements.In another case,some equipment has been modified by the software to measure the data,qualified in the output port of the test cable,while unqualified at the outlet end unit of the apparatus.The cable is a unique transmission channel between the special test equipment and the tested product, which is an integral part of the special testing equipment

  • In order to facilitate the development of a comprehensive calibration device, and according to a special test equipment used for a certain type of product, we analyze synthetically the characteristics of the cable transmission signal between the special test equipment and the tested products
