Abstract
Course construction is the key for teaching reform and an important symbol for measuring the level of school and teaching quality. In combination with the actual teaching situation of theoretical and experimental teaching, the faculty working office has web-delivery for fine-designed courses as a turning point from the aspects of the building of teaching staff, improving teaching method, building teaching materials, optimizing the teaching content, strengthening practical aspects, reforming the exam of the lesson and so on.
