Abstract
The important task of experimental teaching is developing and improving students' comprehensive quality, explorative and innovative ability. We carry out reform of teaching content and methods in experiments of medical immunology and medical microbiology. Explorative experiments and comprehensive experiments are set up, experimental assessment methods are improved, open experimental teaching model is established. The result is proved that the new teaching model inspires the students' learning interest, improves the students' manipulative and creative ability as well as comprehensive quali-ty.
