Abstract
Open and diversity education is the trend of higher medical education, medical personnel training model of education is facing the challenges of internationalization and diversification. In order to meet the requirement of internationalization and diversification, with the breakthrough point of clinical medical, Guangzhou Medical University is trying to explore the efficient medical personnel training model from the courses designed, build up the qualified teachers team, reform the teaching methods, improved the management mode ete, promoted and improved the level of medical education.
