Abstract
A test-jig for microwave integrated circuit (MIC) components in the K-band is presented. A prototype with centre frequency at 19 GHz has been built and tested. Results over 1 GHz bandwidth show a return loss better than 20 dB, an insertion loss better than 1 dB, and the waveguide-to-waveguide isolation is 35 dB in the 18–20GHz band.
