Abstract
Previous studies showed that tachycardias arising from superior vena cava (SVC) are located generally within 2-3 cm above the atriocaval junction. We present a male with an incessant supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) that was ablated at a target site 5.0 cm above the atriocaval junction in the SVC.
