Abstract
A power supply and a control circuit for small iongetter vacuum pumps was developed for reading the pressure reproducible to 10⁻¹⁰ Torr and indicating the pressure to 10⁻¹¹ Torr. A d-c amplifier with 100% negative feedback is used to read the small pump current (0.01 mu a at 10⁻¹⁰ Torr) with an ordinary 0 to 1 ma meter. (D.L.C.)
