Abstract
Power quality issue simulation in solar energy presents simulink of sag issue generated usually in PV panels. This simulation is aimed at supplying electrical energy using solar power at remote ends, domestic and Industrial Applications. Solar radiation energy accounts for most of the usable renewable energy on Earth. Solar energy is the alternative for conventional source of energy. The need to generate pollution free energy has triggered the effective usage of solar energy interconnection with the grid. Photovoltaic (PV) method of generating electrical power by converting solar radiation into direct electrical current uses semiconductor that exhibits the photovoltaic effect. This work focuses on a program development in MATLAB/Simulink of 47 cell photovoltaic module PV array.
