Abstract
Osteomas are bony tumor mainly arising from facial and skull bones. Middle ear osteomas are rare and more so from ossicles are the rarest. Till now, only 10 cases of osteoma arising from ossicles are reported in the world literature and only 3 from malleus. We got another case of osteoma arising on ossicles following a trauma. We report this rare case of osteoma from malleus along with review of literature.
