Abstract

Objective To discuss the postoperative stress response in patients with kidney stones after micro-channel and standard channel percutaneous nephroscopy lithoipsy(PCNL). Methods One hundred patients with kidney stones were selected from June 2013 to June 2017 in our hospital, all patients were randomly divided into micro-channel group and standard channel group, 50 cases in each group, micro-channel group was given micro channel(F16) PCNL treatment, standard channel group was given standard channel (F24) PCNL treatment. Results The intraoperative blood loss, leaving bed time, bowel function recovery time, hospital stay time, complication rate of micro channel group were significantly lower than those of standard channel group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The postoperative serum cortisol (COR), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels of micro channel group and standard channel group were significantly higher than before operation, the postoperative serum COR, ACTH levels of micro channel group were significantly lower than those of standard channel group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with standard channel, micro-channel PCNL treatment also has a curative effect for kidney stones, which can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and postoperative stress reaction of patients, it is beneficial to reduce the complications and physical recovery of patients, it’s worth for further clinical promotion. Key words: Kidney Calculi; Nephrostomy, Percutaneous; Stress
