Abstract

The post-war recovery of the healthcare system should include a sound strategy of consistent action and effective mechanisms of public administration. Modern approaches to public administration of the post-war restoration of the healthcare system should be completely transformed, taking into account the totality of problems that the system faced in the context of a full-scale military invasion of the aggressor state. This determines the need to transform the theoretical and methodological provisions of public administration for the post-war restoration of the healthcare system. Accordingly, the scientific search is updated in the context of identifying new and transforming existing properties of public administration components, in the context of: a) overcoming the consequences of military operations for the healthcare system; b) forming a system of medical services that meet post-war needs; c) forming the adaptability of the healthcare system to internal and external threats. Accordingly, there is a need to review the content, properties and critical points of the components of public administration for the post-war restoration of the healthcare system.
