Abstract
Following a three-year development phase, in which three part-time National Development Officers undertook a feasibility study, piloted services to key stakeholders and made recommendations, since approved at Ministerial level, a new phase of developing services to the post school sector is underway. This involves the creation of 12 Pathfinder Services along with two Strategic Officers; the latter necessitates the setting up of specific stakeholder groups, to monitor and advise on an unfolding strategy.
