Abstract

A study was made of the diffusion of non-spherical molecules in polymer films. It was shown that the correlation between the direction of change in diffusion and molecular orientation in the case of diatomic and linear molecules may increase the rate of diffusion transfer. Results are in agreement with experimental information concerning the diffusion of molecular gases in polymers.
