As there are numerous media choices available to choose from, it is important that developers of these instructional multimedia applications use appropriate elements for their applications. We will discuss theories, which can be use to build a proper guidance system for developers to build and select the proper elements to build multimedia systems. We will review several different educational elements that can be used for educational purposes for multimedia systems
