Abstract

Les auteurs ont examiné 93 fillettes ayant reçu systématiquement, sans groupage, du sang de groupe O durant les premières années de la vie. 16 d'entre elles étaient Rh—, plusieurs de celles-ci ayant reçu de nombreuses transfusions. Chez aucune il n'a été trouvé d'anticorps anti-D malgré la certitude statistique de transfusion incompatible. Les conséquences ultérieures de ces faits sont discutées. 93 young girls were examined, who had systematically received group O blood, without any previous Rh testing, during their early life. 16 were Rh— girls and several had received numerous transfusions. Not a single one was found to have antibody anti D in spite of the statistical certainty of incompatible transfusion. The subsequent results are discussed.
