Abstract
AbstractPAES‐measurements on polycrystalline Cu, Si(100) and Cu coated Si(100) were performed at the intense positron source NEPOMUC in Munich. First results with considerably reduced electron background are presented. The surface sensitivity of PAES is shown and compared with conventional EAES. In addition, the measurement time could be reduced to three hours in order to observe the Cu M2,3VV‐Auger transition. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
