Abstract
We show how 1-dimensional, non-Hermitian, Sturm-Liouville systems, with rational fraction potentials, define a Moment Problem positivity representation, enabling the generation of (numerical and algebraic) converging lower and upper bounds to the (real and imaginary parts of) complex eigenenergies.
