Abstract
By using Darbo fixed point theorem, the existence and nonexistence of fixed point are obtained for the following integral operator T λ y ( t ) = ∫ 0 1 G ( t , s ) f ( s , y ( s ) ) ds + λ tv . Using these results, we investigate the existence and nonexistence of positive solutions for second-order nonhomogeneous local and nonlocal boundary value problems in Banach spaces.
