Abstract

Due to the inherent chattering of the sliding mode observer, there is an error in the estimation of the motor speed and the rotor position. In order to optimize the performance of the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control system based on the sliding mode observer, a method is proposed. A sliding-mode observer with a phase-locked loop combines the phase-locked loop and the sliding-mode observer to estimate the rotational speed. This method can effectively suppress the jitter of the sliding-mode observer. The simulation shows that using the phase-locked loop to track the rotor speed and position can effectively improve the estimation accuracy, and the experiment proves the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
