Abstract
Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) refers to conditions that affect the glomerular filtration barrier, and cause massive urinary excretion of protein, with heightened morbidity and mortality and faster progression to ESRD. The aim of our study was to identify additional susceptibility genes contributing to common pathways for acquired nephrotic syndrome by race group.
