Abstract
Acute kidney injury causes irreversible renal tissue damage, the main reason of which is tubulointerstitial damage, and there are few reports on the repair process. It has been reported that Interleukin-10 (IL-10) may inhibit renal dysfunction in acute kidney injury, but its major producing cells are still uncleared. Our purpose is Identification of IL-10 major producing cells in a mouse model of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
