The article discovers the portrayal of male chauvinism and gender superiority in contemporary Hindicinema, with a specific focus on the prominent film “Animal.” The objective of the analysis is to expose thesubtle manner in which gender dynamics are portrayed, highlighting how patriarchal ideals and stereotypesare upheld in the Hindi films’ narrative. This paper critically examines the film’s narrative choices,characterizations, and societal implications, addressing the extent to which it reinforces or challengesprevailing gender norms.
