Abstract

Diane Allford is a multifaceted commercial and editorial photographer and photo essayist working in New York City. Her documentary photographs focus on people in everyday life in Black and Brown communities in New York where she grew up. Diane is currently working on two ongoing personal fine art projects. The first started in 2010 titled, “Day Trippin In SoHo: Art Meets Fashion Meets Architecture” … a surreal fashion and architectural photo essay documenting the urban landscape through the modern evolution of the designer high fashion window displays in New York's trendy SoHo.
