Portal de periódicos eletrônicos da UFRN: Uma estratégia de divulgação da produção científica

Abstract

The article includes information about the Electronic Journal Portal at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). It is a qualitative study, presenting definitions related to scientific communication, electronic scientific journals, free access to scientific information and the process of creating the UFRN Journal Portal, which uses the Sistema Eletronico de Editoracao de Revistas/ Open Journal Systems in the editorial management of the magazines that integrate it. This work presents the process of creation and relevance of this digital repository for the scientific community.
