Abstract
Ancorado metodologicamente em algumas das possíveis intersecções que põe em contato a semiótica com a filologia, o artigo propõe o repensar dos contornos semânticos do contrato, tendo por premissa a fusão da eticidade à juridicidade na significação normativa do retrocitado negócio jurídico.
