Abstract

A polyimide film based on pyromellitic dianhydride and bis(4-aminophenyl)ether is modified through the incorporation of polymeric copper phtalocyanine containing peripheral carboxyl groups. The thermal stability and electric properties of the virgin and modified films and the effect of heat treatment of the films on the electrical properties are investigated.
