Abstract
High temperature thin film capacitors are widely used in many fields, such as smart grid, energy storage components in hybrid electric vehicles and aerospace. We synthesize polycarbonate containing the constituent groups of sulfones to overcome the defects of low energy storage density of the commercial film capacitors fabricated by biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), meet the high thermal stability and good dielectric properties of polymer dielectric materials, and obtain polymer dielectric materials with high glass transition temperature (T <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">g</inf> ) and high energy storage density.
