Abstract

A 41-year-old-woman presented with high spiking fever (38.4°C), anemia (hemoglobulin: 7.0 g/dl; hematocrit: 21.8%), low blood pressure (87/56 mmHg), severe diffuse abdominal pain, and infiltrative erythematous nodules over bilateral shins. Abdominal CT (Figure 1A) and MRA (Figure 1B) showed a high signal area at lateral segment of left liver and hyper-attenuated ascites.
