Abstract
Polarization reversal of LATGSP crystals without applying of the external electric field is observed as a result of thermal annealing at 110°C. The induced polar state is unstable one: the relaxational process of return to the initial state of macroscopic polarization (before annealing) occurs gradually with two different characteristic times of relaxation T1 and T2. The possible mechanisms of switching process induced by the heat treatment of a sample are discussed.
