Abstract

Alexander technique (AT) is an embodied cognitive approach to daily living. Private AT lessons have reduced motor symptoms in people living with Parkinson’s disease (PlwPD). However, one-to-one sessions may be cost-prohibitive. We tested feasibility and promise of an AT-based group course to improve posture and functional mobility for PlwPD.
