Abstract
Each organization performs its activity in a specific environment and it is a system which consists of several dependent elements, it uses resources of an external environment, transforms it and gives it back to the environment in a transformed form. Within the discourse an idiographic analysis has been made of an axiological part of an organization only, that is its subsystem of values and purposes. It constitutes absolutely principal determination of effectiveness of each organization, which is expressed mainly by a proper level of formalization of processes carried our within the organization.
