Abstract
Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is a common rhythm disorder in children. Infants diagnosed with SVT are typically admitted to initiate medical therapy and discharged once on stable medication dosing. After initiating medical therapy, transesophageal pacing studies (TEPs) can be used to guide the need for changes to therapy prior to discharge.
