Abstract

Hall resistance ϱ xy in Si-MOSFETs was investigated in a range of the 4th quantized plateau wings. A plateau width was found to decrease when both temperature and current increase. Hall resistance deviation δϱ xy in the plateau wings is proportional to resistivity ϱ xy . Experimental data are explained in frame of a topological percolation model from a quasi-classical point of view.
