Abstract
A dispersion relation for plasma waves in two-dimensional structures with Rashba splitting is considered. The effect high-frequency electromagnetic radiation has on the energy of plasmons is studied. It is shown that break points can emerge in the functional dependence of the curvature of the line of dispersion on the Fermi energy, and on the intensity of high-frequency radiation.
