Abstract
Planning determines the development perspective of manufacturing system as an object and subject of the management, active managerial impact over the management system, by means of which the determination of whole manufacturing system`s development forms is implemented to reach the goal set. The planning relies on the following principles: scientific character, complexity, balance calculation, projecting, multiple variants of decisions, adjustment of optimal variant, normativity, formation of reserves in order to decrease the manufacturing risks, approval of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the program, mandatory character of fulfilment and personification for fulfilment of the plan. Since the creation and development of the plan, it is beneficial to analyze its model from the position of practice, we may imagine the possible condition and see if how much it is foreseen and how the plan works under such conditions. Then it is necessary to put the plan in action, control its realization process, implement corrections in it (in case of necessity).
