Abstract

Proportionality in social production is one of the most important conditions for stable economic growth coupled with the acceleration of scientific-technical progress and the decisive turn to intensive forms of economic management. As noted in the decisions of the Twenty-sixth Congress of the CPSU, it is precisely on this basis that the strategy of CPSU economic policy to improve the people's well-being must be implemented.'
