Abstract

This article addresses the problem of plagiarism in business and business education. It discusses the issues involved in determining whether plagiarism has actually occurred and a range of alternatives for preventing, detecting and dealing with plagiarism. The article concludes by discussing the relevance of plagiarism for businesses students, and suggesting ways that business managers and educators can prevent, detect, assess and respond to plagiarism in business practice and education.
