Abstract
We review here the main results of the studies on magnetic fluids which have lately been made in our laboratory: (1) experimental and theoretical studies of rheological properties; (2) proposition of a new energy conversion system using two-phase pipe-flow of temperature-sensitive magnetic fluids.
