Abstract
In this study, PMN-PNN-PZT ceramics were fabricated with the variation of sintering temperature from 900 °C to 960 °C for the application ultrasonic device of ultrasonic tooth cleaner. Their piezoelectric and dielectric properties were investigated according to changes in sintering temperature. The temperature with the best piezoelectric properties was 920 °C. The excellent values of dielectric constant = 1552, density= 7.77 g/cm3, kp = 0.61, d31 = 117[pC/N], Qm =802 were obtained, respectively. These values were suitable for the application of ultrasonic device.
