Abstract
This woman complained of pain, blurred vision, lacrimation and photophobia of the right eye. It had started the day previously and was getting worse. Examination showed marked injection of the conjunctiva and a ciliary type of engorgement of the vessels causing a deep flush around the limbus. The pupil was constricted and the eyeball was very sensitive to palpation.
