Abstract
The phytochemical investigation of the flowers ofAnthemis nobilis L. growing in Egypt was carried out comprising their lipid, flavonoid and coumarin constituents. The presence of apigenin, apigenin 7-glucoside, apiin, luteolin, luteolin 7-glucoside, kaempferol, scopoletin, β-sitosterol and hexacosanol was proved. TLC of the volatile oil was also reported.
