Abstract Phytime is a maraging steel with a 2068 MPa (300 ksi) strength and a very high yield strength due to precipitation hardening. The major improvement over Durimphy (see Alloy Digest Fe-140, February 2007) is cleanliness and improved fatigue performance. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties.
