Abstract

Objective: Investigate the change methods of muscle fatigue during exercise from the perspective of physiology: randomly select 100 volunteers for study, who will be divided into the experimental group and the control group. Experimental group has great intensity of anaerobic exercise, and the muscles of the central nervous fatigue and fatigue degree of peripheral nerve will be observed. The control group has low intensity aerobic exercise and the change of the central nervous system and peripheral nerve fatigue will also be observed and the two groups will be analyzed. Results: Experimental group with great strength of anaerobic central nervous fatigue and peripheral nerve fatigue, performance of spine afferent inhibition is obvious, whose motor neurons is excited. The results of the control group show that the central nervous system and peripheral nerve will also be tired, but the movement time is obviously longer than that of the experimental group. Conclusion: low intensity aerobic exercise for muscle fatigue physical is obviously stronger than that of big intensity of anaerobic exercise group. The research results show that to make your muscle exercise regularly need to arrange work time and amount of exercises. To make the body to have a healthy development, they should constantly adjust themselves. This paper’s physiology research on the muscle fatigue has certain significance to human body health development.
