Physical Modeling of the Drying Process Using Thermoelectric Heat Pump

Abstract

A functional and technological scheme and a physical model of a convective thermoelectric dryer for vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, seeds, medicinal plants and other household materials have been developed. A laboratory bench has been prepared and studies of the thermal and electrical parameters of a thermoelectric dryer operating in a heat pump mode have been carried out. Experimental studies of the operating sample of the thermoelectric dryer have shown the high energy efficiency of the plant being developed.
