Abstract

The purpose of our article was to identify the main motives that encourage female students to pass the TRP standards. The completed testing of the degree of physical training, using the TRP standards for test exercises, as well as the survey of students of 1 3 courses of the Kazan National Research Technological University, provided an opportunity to identify the general attitude to the TRP complex among female students and its application in physical education classes. As a result of the conducted research, the level of physical fi tness of the 1st-3rd year students was indicated and the degree of their readiness to comply with the standards of the TRP complex was determined. The necessity of developing methods of physical fi tness of female students to pass the standards of the TRP complex is revealed. During the analysis during the experiment, it was found that with the use of the developed complex, the girls improved their physical fi tness indica-tors compared to the traditional method, which will motivate students to systematically attend physical education classes.
