Abstract
AbstractDer Einsatz von faseroptischen Rückstreusensoren zur Inline‐Überwachung der Partikelkonzentration in hochgefüllten Dispersionen und Lacksystemen wird dargestellt. Durch die Miniaturisierung des Abstandes zwischen Sender‐ und Empfängerfaser auf < 600 µm kann das eingetragene Licht auch hohe Dispersphasenanteile von bis zu 60 % durchdringen. Aufgrund der Messanordnung finden sich sowohl Transmissions‐ als auch Streueinflüsse im resultierenden Signal. Es folgt eine mögliche Beschreibung der sich ergebenden nichtlinearen Messkurve mittels eines vereinfachten Modells.
