Abstract
FB centers have been produced in KF : Na+ (0.25%). Their emission consists of three bands at 600, 720 and 1800 nm. The second luminescence band, which is practically temperature independent, is attributed to FB(1) centers, while the other two, which display peculiar anticorrelated temperature dependences, are attributed to FB(2) centers.
